Scalp micropigmentation marketing pricing, posted in full

Scalp micropigmentation marketing pricing is printed below, tier by tier, so a studio owner can read it at midnight without booking a call. Search work and ad work are priced separately.

Organic Growth tiers: pages, Maps and a website if you want one

Silver adds pages and Maps work around the site you have now. Gold and Platinum come with a studio website that we host and keep current.
  • Organic Growth Silver

    $1,495/mo

Keep the website you have and we work around it: new pages, a tuned Maps profile and a written fact sheet that bring hairline researchers to your name.

    • A batch of 25 new landing pages every month, each written for one question people ask before they book a consultation
    • Strategic Content Assets: 4 a month, each built on a question from that same stretch before a consultation
    • A site audit for slow pages, weak titles, broken links and bulky images, with the fixes done by us
    • Google Business Profile put in order, with the service area limited to the cities your chair can sensibly serve
    • Duplicate listings combined, plus a light, steady habit of asking for reviews
    • A short written fact sheet on services, locations and booking steps, kept current for AI assistants to draw on
    • A month-end report that places consultation requests and calls beside the pages we shipped
  • Organic Growth Platinum

    $3,495/mo

Our largest monthly page count, suited to studios with several locations, a bench of artists, or hairline, density and scar work offered under one name.

    • A batch of 100 new landing pages every month, each written for one question people ask before they book a consultation
    • Strategic Content Assets: 12 a month, each built on a question from that same stretch before a consultation
    • A custom studio website, designed by us, hosted by us and edited whenever its pages need it
    • Software updates, hosting and site security are our job and never yours
    • Space to add new locations, services and cities as the studio and its map grow

Plans roll forward month by month. Ending one is like skipping the next session: give notice ahead of your next invoice and the following month simply never begins.

Ad management tiers: one platform, two, or all three

Picture two envelopes: one holds our fee, the other holds the budget you set with each platform, sized to the open weeks on your artists' calendars.
  • One ad platform

    $895/mo

Choose a single platform and we build, write and tune it. Click charges are settled between you and that platform, so none of it passes through our invoice.

    • One of Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), whichever you pick
    • The ad account remains yours, and we are invited in as manager
    • Ad copy, keyword lists and tracking numbers built and tested ahead of launch
    • Negative keywords keep out job seekers, course shoppers and unrelated tattoo searches
    • Click charges go from you to the platform and never through us
    • A monthly summary placing ad spend next to the calls and consultation requests that arrived
  • Three ad platforms

    $2,295/mo

Every major platform under one plan and one report. Click billing stays with the platforms, while a single flat fee covers all the construction and the upkeep.

    • Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) planned together as one set
    • All three ad accounts remain yours, with us added as manager
    • Ad copy, keyword lists and tracking numbers built and tested ahead of launch
    • Negative keywords keep out job seekers, course shoppers and unrelated tattoo searches
    • Each platform bills its clicks separately from our invoice
    • A monthly summary placing ad spend next to the calls and consultation requests that arrived

Plans roll forward month by month. Ending one is like skipping the next session: give notice ahead of your next invoice and the following month simply never begins.

Choosing a tier by counting artists, cities and locations

Start with the calendar, not the tier. A single artist in a rented room, offering a couple of kinds of work in one city, rarely needs more than the smallest plan, since every request lands in one calendar. A studio with several locations or a bench of artists has more pages to write and more Maps profiles to keep straight, which is where Gold and Platinum earn their place.

Then ask whether the website needs a rebuild. If yours already says what you do and loads quickly, Silver works around it. If it is sluggish or missing pages for the work you want booked, the website in the upper tiers spares you a separate project.

Four pricing doubts from scalp micropigmentation studio owners

Is there an agreement term, or can any month end the arrangement?

A plan is held the way a consultation slot is held: a month at a time and released on request, with no startup fee and no signed term.

Where does ad spend go, and is it inside the ad management fee?

It sits outside the fee. Managing a single ad platform is $895 a month, two platforms are $1,595 and three are $2,295, and those figures pay for our work. The budget is a separate line: you pay Google, Microsoft or Meta directly, and we help you size it to what your artists' calendars can absorb, as the paid ads page explains.

Can a studio buy a website without the search work?

We do not sell a website by itself. Silver, at $1,495 a month, works with the site you have. Gold, $2,495, and Platinum, $3,495, each come with a custom website that we host, maintain and manage. More is on the website design page.

Does Meta Ads count as one of the platforms in the one, two and three tiers?

Yes. Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) is one platform, Google Ads is another and Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) is the third. Meta Ads reaches nearby people who are not searching, a different job from search ads, as the Meta Ads page explains.

Is the consultation calendar busy this month, or are there empty chairs?

Tell us which work you would like more of (hairline design, density, scar work, touch-ups), which cities your chairs can reach and what the booking calendar is doing at the moment. A single monthly price comes back to you, along with a frank view of the best first move. Leave out client names and anything about a person's scalp, since this is a marketing conversation and not an appointment.

The dotted hairline and the swatches are a drawing, nothing more. They say nothing about any studio, any scalp or any promise.
